Uwinbets - Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions describe the way in which Uwin Betting Ltd (otherwise referred to herein as Uwinbets, we or us) deal with the information and data you provide to us to enable us manage your relationship with us. Edited & Implemented as of 1st Aug 2015.
Uwinbets reserves the right to alter these guidelines without prior consultation, a notification shall be passed on as per deemed necessary.

• We, Us, Our means Uwinbets.
• Bet means the staking of money on the prediction of the outcome of a sporting event offered by us. A bet can include one or more predictions. A bet on one outcome is a single. A bet on many different outcomes is a multiple.
• Odds or Price means the return on the money staked should the prediction recorded in a Bet be correct. A winning price of 2 would return double to the stake to the customer. Example: if the customer stakes 1000 UShs at the price of 2, and wins, the customer receives 2000. The prices paid are those at the time the bet is placed and no other.
• Customer means anyone placing a bet with Uwinbets
• User means anyone using this website

1. Age Accepted.

Strictly 25 and above, as per state law requires Only persons above age 25 should Use our service. If found out accounts of Defaulters shall be deffected as soon they are found. Proper Identification shall at times be requested.

2. Depositing and Withdrawing

We do all our best to speed up customer deposits and withdraws.
Network status might fail at times but we give our best. when Network status fails will keep trying up to 12 hrs and if Deposit or Withdraw is not processed it will be returned to Holders account.
Under normal conditions a deposit is processed immediately or might take up to 30 minutes, in any case beyond we request the customer to notify us immediately.
Withdraws are processed in 5 - 10 minutes but at times might take longer depending on status of third party providers.
Both Deposits and Withdrawals are subject to our business operating hours (ie) 7:00am - 11:00pm.

3. Identity of Customers

Your mobile phone number is your identity. The identity of customers is determined by mobile phone number. We strongly encourage all customers to sign up for identity programmes administered by the mobile phone companies. We use mobile phone numbers to uniquely identify customers and their account details. In addition we cannot do account transactions for accounts which are not identical to the phone number. This means that you cannot, for example, ask to be paid out on a different number other than the number you have placed a bet with,

4. Pricing

Customers will incur charges when Depositing onto accounts. You are not charged for withdraws to your Mobile Money.
We may pay for specified charges as per promotional terms.

5. Acceptance and Validation of Bets

All football bets will be settled on 90 minutes play (also referred to as Full-time and normal time). This denotes the period of play which includes time added by the Referee for injuries and other stoppages. This does not include scheduled extra time, or Penalty shoot-outs, if played.
For matches played at neutral venues, the team listed on the left are still classed as the home team for settlement purposes.
Where we have not quoted prices on a match, any single bet on that match will be void and treated as a non-runner in multiple bets.
If any team starts a 90 minute competitive game with less than 11 players, all bets on that match will be made void.
Collusion. A number of bets may be treated as being one when a client places multiple copies of the same bet. When this occurs all bets may be voided apart from the first bet struck. A number of bets that contain the same single selection may be treated as being one. When this occurs all bets may be voided. An example would be where 1 particular selection is repeatedly included in multiple bets involving other short-priced selections. there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same (or very similar) selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate or individuals, the Company reserves the right to make bets void.
Currently we donot support repeated bets and shall always be settled accordingly.
Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other.

Bet Meanings;
Returned Bets A returned bet means either it was blank, void, or any sort of error. send us an email at [email protected] to inquire.
Win Bets For a bet to win all matches selected should have won that is they should be right hence money is awarded onto a clients account. For tickets with postponed matches atleast half the matches should have won for it to be considered a Win.
Lose Bets These are lost bets
Late Bets Bets can only be placed on the outcome of a future event, unless we are offering special betting in-running prices for that event. If Uwinbets mistakenly accepts a bet for an event that has already started then the bet will be void and your stake returned, except in the following circumstances:
i. Where bets are taken after the start of an event, bets will stand if nothing has happened which would significantly alter the chances of the selection winning or losing.
ii. In the case of football matches, at our discretion, bets will be valid if they are placed within five minutes of kick-off, providing there has been no score in the match or no player has been sent off. If a player has been sent off or there has been a goal, or a penalty has been awarded but not yet taken, then the bet will be void and the stake returned, regardless of whether or not acceptance of the bet has been communicated to the customer.
All bets placed after the result of an event is known will be void and Returned.

6. Cancellation of Bets

You may cancel bets and have the stake money returned to your Uwinbets account providing the following conditions are met:

• None of the selections have already kicked off

We may cancel bets, or individual selections within bets, at any time and in that event, will return the stake to you.

7. Match Results

We release match results as soon as we get them and they are first analysed to return the right results. In case of error in results we welcome customer corrections and do settle them as quickly as possible.
We are strongly against Match fixing It ruins the good of game as FIFA stands and immediately cancel all Matches that are proved Altered.

8. Abandoned Matches

If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on that match will be made void.

9. Errors

Uwinbets make every effort to ensure that we do not make errors. However, if as a result of human error or system problems there errors in Bets we request customer intervetion to help rectify. The prices we offer on all outcomes on display on this website take the form of an advertisement rather than a contractual term. If we offer mistaken prices, then we are entitled to decline any bet placed at those prices at any time. In such instances we will void the bet and return the stake money. Any results or scores displayed on the site – for example during betting in play – are for guidance purposes only.

Any software error or malfunction which is or which may be evidenced by Uwinbets to have occurred on any of its systems or those provided by any of its software providers shall void the bet, or the game, regardless of whether it is made on our sports betting, casino, games platforms. You shall be entitled to the full amount of your stake in relation to such bet or game. Uwinbets hereby excludes all further liability for any such software malfunction.

10. Fraud

Uwinbets will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. Uwinbets will withhold payment to any customer where any of these are suspected. The customer shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to Us, on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the customer’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

11.Postponed/re-arranged matches

A postponed match is void unless it is re-scheduled to commence within 24 hours of the original start time and this is confirmed within 12 hours of the original start time. In such circumstances where (a) void match(es) is/are included in an accumulator the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

12.Prices subject to fluctuation

All prices are subject to fluctuation up to the kick-off. All football bets will be settled using Uwinbet online prices at the time the bet is placed.

13. Maximum Payouts

Unless otherwise authorised the maximum payout of any winning bet shall be 1000 times the stake or 20 Million UShs, whichever is the lower.

14. Customer Privacy

If we wish to use pictures or other publicity material relating to customers winnings with Uwinbet (apart from competitions on Facebook), we will seek specific permission first. We will not share your details with any other company except in order to fulfil our operational requirements or otherwise required by law.

15. Account Closure

We reserve the right to close any customer account or refuse to take bets from any customer. In this event of account closure, the full value of any customer funds will be returned as soon as practicable.

16. Results

In the case of football and other sports, bets are settled on the official result published by livesoccer.ug in the first instance, and the Press Association in the final. If the PA amends their decision, all bets will stand on their original result. If the result is not immediately available from the PA, the result published by the official governing body immediately the match/event is finished will be used for settling purposes. Any subsequent corrections or amendments to this result will not apply for settlement purposes.
